Neurodiversity Coaching

Workplace demands can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re managing multiple tasks, navigating communication challenges, or trying to stay organised under pressure.

Our one‑to‑one workplace coaching is designed to help you understand your strengths, develop practical strategies, and work in a way that feels more manageable, sustainable, and aligned with your neurodivergent profile.

This support is suitable for adults aged 16 and over, whether you’re starting a new role, returning to work, or simply wanting to feel more confident and capable in your day‑to‑day tasks.

What we can focus on

Coaching sessions are tailored to your goals, your working environment, and your preferred ways of thinking and learning.

Common areas of focus include:

Self‑understanding and acceptance: Exploring your cognitive strengths, challenges, and working style so you can approach tasks with clarity and confidence.

Assistive technology: Identifying tools that support reading, writing, organisation, memory, and focus — and learning how to use them effectively.

Organisation and prioritisation: Developing systems that help you manage workload, plan tasks, reduce overwhelm, and stay on track.

Writing and reading strategies: Techniques to support clarity, structure, comprehension, and efficiency in workplace communication.

Presenting with confidence: Planning presentations, managing nerves, and communicating ideas clearly and effectively.

Communication skills: Strengthening interpersonal communication for meetings, emails, teamwork, and social interactions at work.

All strategies are practical, achievable, and shaped around your neurodivergence — including dyslexia, ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, processing differences, and executive‑function challenges.

How sessions work

Coaching sessions take place online, via Zoom, offering flexibility and privacy.  The sessions last 1 hour.

You can choose:

  • a single session for targeted support

  • a short series of sessions (usually 3–6 recommended)

  • longer‑term coaching for ongoing workplace development

Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a personalised plan that supports your growth and confidence at work.

If you are unsure if these sessions are what you need, contact me for a free initial chat.

How much are coaching sessions?

A single coaching session is £50 or book 3 sessions for £135.

You may be able to apply for funding to cover the cost of these sessions through a government scheme called Access to Work.
